We only use professional business information relevant to our executive search activities and do

Active Candidate Records
Duration of active engagement plus two years.


Passive Candidate Records
Three years from the last meaningful interaction, after which records will be reviewed and deleted,
anonymised or retained only where a legitimate business reason exists.

Placed Candidate Records
Five years from placement date.


Client Records
Five years from completion of the most recent engagement.


Website Enquiries
Two years.
We may retain information for longer where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Candidate profiles, assessment reports, compensation benchmarking, market intelligence, market maps, research, search documentation, presentations, shortlists and other executive search materials prepared by Alpha Source GTM Limited are confidential and proprietary. 
Such materials are provided solely for the purposes for which they were supplied and must not
be distributed outside the intended organisation without appropriate authority or legal
justification.

Any recording containing Alpha Source GTM Limited proprietary information, market intelligence, research, methodologies, compensation data or search materials may be used only for internal evaluation purposes and may not be reproduced, distributed, published or shared with any third party without prior written consent from Alpha Source GTM Limited.
